摘要 进行了3个相互关联的实验,分别找出了VA乳液单位乳滴包裹淀粉量与乳液黏度大小的关系;单批次VA乳液在喷雾造粒过程中,乳液黏度随时间的变化规律;以及VA乳液黏度与水分含量的关系,并绘制出了函数曲线图。最后,给出了工艺改进建议,即在回流釜上安装在线黏度测试仪,掌握回流釜内乳液黏度大小,以便及时调节水分含量控制乳液黏度,达到VA微胶囊颗粒生产产量稳定的目的。 Three experiments have been done, and results of which were respectively found, that what the relationship is between how much the VA emulsion droplet enwraps starch per unit and what size the emulsion viscosity is; what the variation law of VA emulsion viscosity per batch is during the spray granulation process; and what the relationship is between the viscosity and water content of VA emulsion; moreover, function curves were drawn up according to the results gotten. Finally, one suggestion on process improving was given out that one on-line viscosity test instrument should be installed in refluxing kettle, and then the size of emulsion viscosity will be grasped timely. So that the aim will be achieved to keep VA microcapsules particle production steady by adjusting the moisture content by controlling VA emulsion viscosity.
