摘要 以固体与分子经验电子理论和刘志林提出的非调质钢力学性能计算方法为理论基础,通过对双相钢的强韧化方式分析,研究了双相钢伸长率的计算模型以及方法。通过该模型计算出了09Mn2Si2V钢的理论伸长率,与真空冶炼出的09Mn2Si2V双相钢淬火后伸长率吻合较好,误差在10%以内,结果表明该钢具有良好的强韧性和塑性变形能力。 Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules ( EET ) and calculating method on mechanical properties of non-quenched-tempered steel suggested by Liu Zhilin ,the computational model and method of elongation for dual phase steel was investigated by analyzing the strengthening method of dual phase steel .The theoretical elongation of 09Mn2Si2V dual phase steel was calculated by this computational model.The elongation of vacuum melting 09Mn2Si2V steel after quenching is in good agreement with the theoretical elongation , and the error is less than 10%.The results illustrate that 09Mn2Si2V steel has good strength , toughness and plastic deformation capacity .
