摘要
三相六极侧埋式电极盐浴炉是将6根主电极平行对称砌注于炉膛两侧,分别将每侧三根电极的上下两根连接起来各作为一相电极,两侧中间电极连接起来也作为一相电极。这种电极结构及连接方式使盐浴导电区域扩大并上移,使其电流分布均衡、盐浴上下温度更趋均匀,有效解决了常规侧埋式盐浴炉导电区域过于集中于炉膛底部的弊端,特别适用于制造深炉膛盐浴炉。焊在主电极上而又浇注于耐火水泥中的挡盐板有效解决了漏盐的问题,延长了炉体寿命。该炉型采用了置于副电极底端之间的硅铁盐渣击穿启动的快速启动技术,大大加快了启动速度,具有省时节电和生产效率高的优点。新型盐炉解决了插入式盐炉存在的空间利用率低和顶埋式盐炉存在的电极柄阻碍操作的缺点。该炉型结构简单、操作方便、工件质量稳定。
Three-phase six pole lateral buried electrode salt bath furnace is the six main electrode parallel symmetric building in the left and right sides of the heating chamber , on the each side ,the electrodes on up and down are connected as two phases on both sides ,the middle electrodes are connected as the third phase , the electrode structure and the connection mode make the bath conductivity region expand and move upward , so that the current becomes well distributed , and bath temperature is uniformized so effectively solves the drawback of conventional side buried salt bath furnace conductive areas which are too concentrated in the bottom of the chamber , especially for deep salt bath furnace .The blocked salt plate which welded on the main electrode and poured into refractory cement that effectively solves the salt leakage problem and prolongs the life of the furnace body .This type furnace adopts the rapid start process due to ferrosilicon salt slag breakdown between sub-electrodes at the salt bath bottom that greatly speeds up the bath start speed , so gains the advantages of shorting time, energy saving and enhancing efficiency .The new salt furnace can improve the space utilization and avoid the disadvantage of the hindering operation by electrode handles in top buried electrode salt bath .The salt bath design is simple , convenient for operation , stable for heating quality of workpiece .
