摘要
基于2008-2012年间在《金属热处理》发表论文的学科、资助基金、作者、机构、关键词、论文被引情况和热处理装备广告信息的统计结果,分析了目前我国金属材料及热处理的研究现状。金属、机械、电力、冶金、汽车及化工等学科成员在不同程度上都从事金属材料及热处理研究工作。国家自然科学基金是金属热处理研究的最大支持者。"显微组织"、"力学性能"、"热处理"和"失效分析"是主要研究内容;"硬度"、"耐磨性"和"耐蚀性"是着力提高的性能;"马氏体"是热门研究组织;"激光熔覆"、"涂层"和"时效"是工艺研究热点;江苏省和北京市是我国热处理装备研发、交易最活跃的省份。《金属热处理》的栏目设置结合生产实际,能及时准确反映产学研现状,在助推我国金属材料及热处理行业发展方面发挥着重要作用。
Research status of the metallic materials and heat treatment in China were analyzed based on the papers 'discipline, sustentation fund, authors, institution, key words, cited papers and advertising information of heat treatment equipments published in Heat Treatment of Metals from 2008 to 2012.The members of metals, mechanical, electric power, metallurgy, automobile and chemical engineering discipline are all working at research of metallic materials and heat treatment in varying degrees .The Natural Science Foundation of China is the biggest research supporter of metallic materials and heat treatment .The microstructure , mechanical property , heat treatment and failure analysis are main research contents .The hardness , abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance are properties strived to be improved .The matensite is hot research microstructure .The laser cladding , coating and aging are process research hotspot .Jiangsu Province and Beijing are the most active provinces for the development and transaction of heat treatment equipment in China .The column setup of Heat Treatment of Metals combines with productive practice , and can timely and accuracy report the current situation of industry-university-research cooperation .Heat Treatment of Metals plays an important role in boosting the development of China's metallic material and heat treatment industry .
