摘要
提出了一种基于超声波的LCD面板无损分离方法。适当地选择碱性溶液或酸性溶液,在超声波的辅助作用下,可以有效地溶解LCD上下玻璃基板之间的封框胶,去除玻璃基板上的ITO镀层,从而得到完整、清洁的玻璃基板,同时可以回收稀贵金属铟。所得的玻璃基板可用于生产新的LCD面板,大大提高其回收价值。
A nondestructive separation method for LCD panels was presented based on ultrasonic wave.With the aid of ultrasonic wave,the frame sealants between the upper glass substrate and the lower glass substrate of the LCD panel can be dissolved effectively by selecting the proper alkaline solutions or acidic solutions,and the coated layers of ITO on the glass substrate can also be dissolved.So the complete and clean glass substrates can be got and the rare and precious metal of indium can be extracted.The new LCD panels can be made of the recycling glass substrates and the recycling value of the wasted can be improved greatly.
