碱性成纤维细胞生长因子缓释微球治疗兔膝骨关节炎 被引量:2

摘要 骨关节炎(OA)的主要病理改变为关节软骨的损伤退变。碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是最有效的软骨细胞分裂素,bFGF缓释微球能维持其关节腔内的有效浓度。目前研究表明基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-13、
