ret/PTC3基因重排在甲状腺癌中的作用机制及其研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 甲状腺癌是人体常见的内分泌系统肿瘤,健康人群中甲状腺结节的发病率为20% ~ 76%[1].其中5%~15%为甲状腺癌[2].2010年来,美国化学学会(ACS)统计数据表明甲状腺癌发病率已经成为女性恶性肿瘤的第5位.ret/PTC3基因重排在甲状腺癌发生发展过程关系密切,现就其研究进展作一综述.
