NMC800型涤纶短纤维切断机的调整方法和原理剖析

摘要 介绍了NMC800涤纶短纤维切断机的结构和检修内容;详述了切断机的检修调整方法及原理.切断机的调整主要是调整球体与铜压环的同心度以及球体与铜压环之间的间隙;根据切断机的几何图形及三角函数关系,进行数学推理计算并调整,即先采用百分表测量并调整球体与铜压环的配合同心,然后使用塞尺测量并调整球体与铜压环的间隙为0.02~0.10 mm. The structure and maintenance of NMC800 cutting machine for polyester staple fiber were introduced.The regulation method and principle of cutting machine were described.The regulation solution of cutting machine dominantly comprised the regulation of the concentricity and clearance between the sphere and copper press rings.By mathematical reasoning according to the geometric figure of the cutting machine and their trigonometric function relationship,the concentricity of the sphere and copper press rings was measured and regulated with a dial indicator and the clearance was measured and adjusted as 0.02-0.10 mm with a feeler gauge.
