不同环境温度下照明光源对人体体温调节的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究人在不同环境温度下,光源照度和色温对人体体核温度、皮肤平均温度和皮肤血流量的影响,探索光源照明对人体体温调节的作用.对8名受试者在人工气候室不同环境温度(18,30°C)、光源照度(300,1 000lx)和色温(3 000,6 000K)下的体核温度、平均皮肤温度和皮肤血流量进行了60min的测量和记录.结果表明:无论在高温还是低温条件下,当人体暴露于低色温光源下时人的体核温度较高色温光源下时高;在较低的环境温度下,平均皮肤温度和皮肤血流量在冷色温光源下的值高于低色温光源下的值;在较高温度下,平均皮肤血流量和皮肤温度在低色温光源下的值高于冷色温光源下的值.因此,在环境温度发生变化时,光源照明对人体的热调节起着一定的作用,在环境高温下以运用高色温光源为宜,反之亦然.这提示人们在不同的环境温度下对于光源照度和色温的选择是一个值得重视的问题,除视觉需要外,选择时还应考虑人体生理功能的平衡和舒适感. This paper studied the effects of indoor lighting illuminant on human thermoregulation at different air temperature. 8 student-volunteers participated in this experiment in an artificial climate chamber. The experimental conditions consisted of 8 effectors provided by a combinations of 2 levels of air temperature( 18℃ and 30 ℃),2 levels of color temperature (3 000 K and 6 000 K) and 2 levels of illuminance (300 lx and 1000 lx). The rectal temperature, mean skin temperature and skin blood flow were recorded under each condition for 60 min. The results showed that at both high and low air temperatures, when exposed at low color temperature lighting, the rectal temperature was higher than high color temperature, but at a lower temperature, the mean skin temperature and skin blood flow were higher than low color temperature lighting. Under different ambient temperature, illumination plays a certain role for human thermal regulation. During the high ambient temperature, it is appropriate to use of high color temperature lighting, and vice versa. Therefore, the selection of a proper color temperature lighting is of great importance for human beings in different environmental temperatures.
