摘要
以芳亚甲基丙二腈、2,4-噻唑烷二酮和醋酸铵为原料,在微波辐射条件下,合成得到5种未见文献报道的5-胺基-2-氧代-7-芳基-2,3,4,7-四氢-1,3-噻唑并[4,5-b]吡啶-6-甲酰胺系列化合物.发现微波辐射条件下与传统加热条件下所得产物5-胺基-2-氧代-7-芳基-2,3,4,7-四氢-1,3-噻唑并[4,5-b]吡啶-6-甲腈不同,并对反应机理进行了探讨.所有新化合物结构均经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证.
Abstract Five new 5-amino-2-oxo-7-aryo-2,3,4,7-tetrahydro-oo3-thiazolo[4o5-b]pyridine-6-carboxamide derivatives, which are different with the products of 5-amino-2-oxo-7-aryo-2o3o4o7otetrahydro-l,3-thiazo1o[4,5-b]pyridine-6-carbonitrioe deriva- tives in the conventional heating conditions, were synthesized by using arylmethylene malononitrile, 2,4-thiazolidinedione and ammonium acetate in one-pot via microwave irradiation techniques. And the reaction mechanism was discussed. The struc- tures of these compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis.
