粗针督脉平刺对周围性面瘫大鼠口唇微循环的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Transverse Insertion of a Thick Needle into Du Meridian on Lip Microcirculation in Rats with Peripheral Facial Paralysis

摘要 目的观察粗针督脉平刺针法对大鼠周围面神经损伤后行为学和口唇微循环的影响,为粗针督脉平刺的临床应用提供实验依据。方法 70只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、面瘫模型组、粗针平刺组、基础西药组、普通针刺组5组,每组14只,后4组经钳夹大鼠面神经制作周围性面瘫大鼠模型。1 d后对后3组采用3种不同的治疗方法进行干预,观察其行为学和口唇微循环改变,并与其他两组大鼠进行对比。结果在治疗7 d和14 d时,与假手术组比较,其余各组大鼠行为学评分较低(均P<0.05);与面瘫模型组相比,各治疗组行为学评分均较高(均P<0.01);在治疗7 d时,与普通针刺组相比,基础西药组行为学评分较高(P<0.05)。在治疗14 d时,粗针针刺组较普通针刺组行为学评分明显高(P<0.05)。在治疗7 d时,假手术组与其他各组比较口唇血流灌注量明显少(P<0.05);基础西药组与面瘫模型组比较口唇血流灌注量明显低(P<0.01)。治疗14 d后,粗针平刺组、基础西药组、普通针刺组与假手术组比较口唇血流灌注量无明显差异(P>0.05),基础西药组和粗针平刺组在其治疗14 d时口唇血流灌注量较第7天时明显少(P<0.05)。结论粗针督脉平刺疗法对大鼠周围面神经损伤后行为学有改善作用,并使造模大鼠口唇微循环恢复到正常水平。 Objective To investigate the effect of transverse insertion of a thick needle into Du meridian on rat behavior and lip microcirculation after peripheral facial nerve injury and provide an experimental basis for the clinical application of this needling method. Method Seventy male Wister rats were randomly allocated to five groups: false operation, facial paralysis model, thick needle transverse insertion, basic Western drug and conventional acupuncture, 14 rats each. A rat model of peripheral facial paralysis was made by clamping rat facial nerve in the latter four groups. One day later, the latter three groups received interventions by three different treatments. Changes in behavior and lip microcirculation were observed in them and compared with those in the other two groups of rats. Result At 7 and 14 days after the beginning of treatment, the behavior score was lower in the other groups of rats than in the false operation group (all P〈0.05) and higher in various treatment groups than in the facial paralysis model group (all P〈0.01). At 7 days after the beginning of treatment, the behavior score was higher in the Western drug group than in the conventional acupuncture group (1~〈0.05). At 14 days after the beginning of treatment, the behavior score was significantly higher in the thick needle acupuncture group than in the conventional acupuncture group (P〈0.05). At 7 days after the beginning of treatment, lip blood perfusion volume was significantly smaller in the false operation group than in the other groups (P〈0.05) and significantly smaller in the basic Western drug group than in the facial paralysis model group (P〈0.01). At 14 days after the beginning of treatment, there was no significant difference in lip blood perfusion volume between the thick needle transverse insertion, basic Western drug or conventional acupuncture group and the false operation group (P〉0.05). Lip blood perfusion volume was significantly smaller in the basic Western drug and thick needle transverse insertion groups at 14 days than at 7 days after the beginning of treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Treatment by transverse insertion of a thick needle into Du meridian has an improving effect on behavior in rats with peripheral facial nerve injury and restores lip microcirculation to a normal level in the rat model.
