四川省高等医学教育规模、结构和质量分析——实现四川省卫生技术人才队伍建设目标的可行性研究

The scale,structure and quality of higher medical education in Sichuan province: studies on the feasibility of realizing the plan of building the health professionals' team

文章根据四川省提出的人才强卫的战略目标要求,分析四川省高等医学教育的现状(包括规模、结构与质量)以及实现这一目标的可行性,认为当务之急不是扩大招生规模,而是如何加快教育教学改革,调整专业结构,提高教育质量。

According to the requirements of Sichuan provinceg strategic plan of Strengthening Health with Talents,this pa- per analyzes the present situation of higher medical education in Sichuan province （ including the scale, structure and quality ） and the feasibility of the realization of this plan,and suggests that ＂ a pressing matter of the moment is not to expand the scale of enrollment, but to promote the teaching reform, adjust the specialty structure, and improve the quality of education.
