基于免费药物政策的高血压患者高血压知识知晓情况与服药依从性关系研究——基于山东省乳山市三乡镇的调查

Studying on the relationship between patients' awareness of hypertension and their compliance of medication under the background of free pharmaceutical policy based on survey in three towns of Rushan City

目的:通过对山东省乳山市三乡镇高血压患者进行问卷调查,研究该地区高血压患者知晓率与服药依从性的关系。方法:应用现况研究的方法,选择三个乡镇,对年龄≥60岁的常住农村老年人进行问卷调查,就其中510例高血压患者进行数据分析。结果:15.69%的高血压患者服药依从性较差,卡方检验显示,高血压知识知晓率无性别间差异,不同文化程度间有差异,高血压知识知晓率与服药依从性间有统计学关联。结论:农村高血压病患者知识知晓率与服药依从性存在一定关系,应进一步加强对高血压患者的健康教育,并保证教育的效果。

Objective To study the relationship between patients＇ awareness on hypertension and their compliance of medica- tion based on survey in three towns of Rushan City in Shandong Province. Methods Rural old people aged over 60 years were sam- pied from three towns, in which 510 cases were statistically analyzed. Results 15.69% of hypertension patients had worse compli- ance of medication. There had no significant difference of awareness on hypertension between different genders. But significant difference of awareness was observed among different education background. And the awareness on hypertension was related with medication compliance. Conclusion There had correlation between the rural patients＇ awareness on hypertension and medication compliance. Health education on hypertensive should be effectively further improved.
