2008～2010年江西省六县市基本公共卫生服务均等化实施情况探析

Analyzing the implementation of equalization on basic public health service in six counties of Jiangxi Province from 2008 to 2010

目的:对江西省6县市基本公共卫生服务均等化实施情况进行定量分析,得出6县市基本公共卫生服务实施均等化程度,为卫生行政部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法:按照多阶段、整群抽样方法,随机抽取江西省6县市进行调查,利用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:江西省6县市2008年除瑞昌市外,其他5县市基本公共卫生服务几乎尚未开展。2009年与2010年除"15岁以下人群乙肝疫苗补种"的实施6县市均等化程度较高外,其他项目均等化程度均较低。结论:基本公共卫生服务均等化程度较低,尤其在城镇与农村之间,不同的县级市之间仍存在较大差距,说明推进基本公共卫生服务均等化进程具有必要性和迫切性。

Objective To quantitatively analyze the implementation of equalization on basic public health service in six coun- ties of Jiangxi Province,and provide references for formulating relevant policies. Methods Six counties were chosen from Jiangxi Province with multi-stage cluster sampling method, and analyzed with statistical software of SPSS. Results Basic public health service was hardly carried out in five cities in Jiangxi Province in 2008, except Ruichang City. In the next two years, the equaliza- tion of the project of ＂supplementarily vaccinating hepatitis B vaccination for Children under 15 years old＂ was high in these six counties ,while the equalization of other projects was low. Conclusion The equalization of basic public health service was low. And significant gap still existed between Urban and rural areas among different cities.
