The Characteristics of Frequency Controllable Hydraulic Impactor without Reversing Mechanism

摘要 基于等值力原理对液压冲击器原理和运动特性进行研究,设计了一台无换向机构频率可控的液压冲击器。该液压冲击器的打击次数由换向机构控制,打击能和打击频率的控制通过改变系统的额定压力来实现,冲击器的各项参数利用MATLAB软件编程计算得到。应用AMESIM软件对系统进行建模与仿真,以验证计算结果。仿真结果与计算结果相符,表明冲击器设计较为合理。最后对系统进行试验研究,表明活塞杆速度达到了设计的要求。 Based on the equivalent force prinCiple,hydraulic impactor principle and the motion characteristics were studied.According to the principle,a frequency controllable hydranlic impactor without changement was designed.The hydraulic lmpactor hit number was controlled by changement and impact energy and frequency were controlled by changing the rated pressure of system.The parameters of the impactorwere calculated by software MATLAB.The model of the system was built and simulated by the to verify the calculation results.AS the calculation results marched the simulation results,it could be concluded that the impactor was reasonably designed.Finally,the experiment results of the system showed that the speed of the piston rob could meet the design.
