急性白血病患者抗凝血酶Ⅲ、蛋白C、蛋白S和α_(2)纤溶酶抑制物活性的改变 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :检测未治疗急性白血病 ( AL )患者血浆抗凝血酶 ( AT- )、蛋白 C( PC)、蛋白 S( PS)和α2 纤溶酶抑制物 ( α2 PI)活性 ,探讨 AL止血功能紊乱的原因。方法 :采用美国库尔特电子仪器公司生产的ACL- 2 0 0 0型全自动血凝分析仪发色底物法检测 AT- 、PC、PS、α2 PI活性。结果 :46例未治疗 AL患者血浆 AT- 、PC、PS、α2 PI的活性与 35例正常对照组相比明显降低 ,有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :结果表明 Objective To explore the possible causes of blood coagulation and homeostasis disorders in the newly diagnosed acute leukemia by measuring the plasma levels of AT Ⅲ(antithrombin Ⅲ),PC (protein C),PS (protein S)and α 2 PI (fast acting plasmin inhibitor).Methods The plasma levels of AT Ⅲ,PC,PS and α 2 PI in the 46 cases with acute leukemia were determined using ACL TM 2000 (Automated Coagulation Laboratory,Coulter,USA) by the method of determined a synthetic chromogenic substrata.Results The results showed that the plasma levels of AT Ⅲ,PC,PS and α 2 PI of acute leukemia,compared with the controls,were significant difference ( P <0 05).Conclusion Our study suggests that there may be an increased activity of fibrinolysis in acute leukemia.The possible pathogenesis of blood coagulation and homeostasis disorders in the newly diagnosed acute leukemia needs to be further investigated.
