摘要
针对深井、超深井用井下工具耐压性能检测要求,设计了一套超高压自动试压检测装置。装置采用两级气驱液体泵对待测工具进行注水和增压,试验压力可达140 MPa。试压过程中的注水、排气、增压、保压和泄压全过程由PLC和工控机监控,测试数据自动记录保存。用该装置对井下工具的耐压密封性能进行了试压检测,得到试压过程压力-时间关系曲线。结果表明,该装置能对井下工具的耐压密封性能进行快速、准确、安全地检测,提高了试压检测系统的试验压力和效率,具有较强的工程实用性。
To meet the ultrahigh pressure performance testing requirements for down-hole tools of deep and super-deep wells,designed a set of ultrahigh pressure automatic test detection device was designed.Gas-driven two-stage liquid pump was used for water injection and supercharging,and the test pressure could reach up to 140MPa.PLC and IPC were used to monitor the whole pressure testing process,namely water injection,air exhaust,supercharging,pressure keeping and pressure relieving.Test data was recorded automatically.Pressure resistance and seal performance of down-hole tools had been tested by using this device,and the Pressure-Time curve is obtained.Test results show that the device can quickly and accurately detect the pressure resistance and seal performance of down-hole tools,so the detection system pressure and efficiency are improved.Thus it has a strong engineering practicability.
