农户土地利用行为研究综述

Review of the Researches on Rural Household Land Use Behavior

农户是土地利用最基本的主体,是研究"三农"问题最重要的单元,农户土地利用行为的发生、发展与演变过程对土地利用覆被变化产生直接或间接影响。从农户土地利用行为研究阶段、研究内容、研究技术与方法等方面总结当前国内外农户土地利用行为研究进展,并对该领域研究进行总结与展望。认为目前研究对农户土地利用行为概念、内涵、分类、研究框架等关注较少,对农户土地利用各种行为的关系与联系、行为研究框架、行为发生机理等内容关注不够,农户土地利用行为研究的内容、区域、体系、方法与技术等均有待进一步突破及创新。

Being the main user of land, rural households are of great significance to the study of issues ＂concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers＂. The occurrence, development and evolution of rural household land use behavior have a direct or indirect influence on the land use and land cover. This paper gives a comprehensive description of the researches of rural household land use behavior from the three aspects of research stage, research content, study technique and method, and summarizes and prospects the features of the researches on rural household land use behavior. It had been found that there had less concerns on the concept, connotation, classification, and research framework of rural household land use behaviors. Moreover, the present study shows that the relations and contacts, framework and mechanism of rural household land use behaviors were not been paid more attentions. Further more, the breakthroughs and innovations should be taken to the contents, regions, system, method and technology of rural household land use behaviors.
