摘要
环境规制对企业技术创新的激发效应,不仅表现在作为一种外在凸显的压力,为技术创新指明了方向,而且表现在存在时期效应和产业结构效应,使得企业技术创新形成动态效率。环境规制对企业技术创新的激发效应受到市场环境、环境规制本身的合理性及企业自身的技术创新能力等多种因素的制约。文章对环境规制、企业创新的激发效应及其制约因素进行了分析,并对我国政府的环境规制政策提出了建议。
The stimulating effects of environmental regulation on enterprises＇ technological innovation not only is expressed as an external pressure, pointing out the direction for technological innovation, it also has the period effects and the effects of industrial structure, and makes enterprises＇ technology innovation formatting dynamic efficiency. Then the external constrains on technological innovation in enterprises are analyzed with the focus on the market environment, rationality of environmental regulation, and corporate technological innovation ability. Finally our government＇s environmental regulatory policy is suggested.
