摘要
以钛酸四丁酯、硝酸铋和尿素为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同掺杂量的铋和氮的单掺杂及共掺杂TiO2光催化剂。以活性黑KN-B为模拟染料废水考察了所制备TiO2的光催化性能,研究了染料光催化降解的影响因素。结果表明,铋和氮共掺杂TiO2比TiO2及单掺杂TiO2的光催化活性要高。当Bi0.5N8.0/TiO2的投加量为4.0 g/L,活性黑KN-B初始质量浓度为40 mg/L,pH为2.23,在125 W汞灯下光照20 min时,活性黑KN-B的降解率接近99.9%。将铋和氮共掺杂TiO2用于其他染料的光催化降解,均显示出良好的光催化活性。
Using tetrabutyl titanate, bismuth nitrate and urea as raw materials, various amounts of Bi and N with single doped or co-doped TiO2 photo-catalysts have been prepared by sol-gel method. The photo-catalytic capacity of the prepared TiO2 is investigated by using activated black KN-B as simulated dyestuff wastewater. The influencing factors of dyestuff photo-catalytic degradation are studied. The results show that the photo-catalytic activity of Bi and N co-doped TiO2 is higher than that of Bi or N single doped TiO2. When the dosage of Bi0~Ns.dTiO2 is 4.0 g/L, activated black KN-B initial mass concentration 40 mg/L,pH 2.23 ,with 125 W mercury light irradiation for 20 min ,the degradation rate of activated black KN-B is close to 99.9%. When Bi and N co-doped TiO2 is used for the photocatalytic degradation of other dyestuffs, good photo-catalytic activity are shown, too.
