改性蒙脱石的制备及对苯酚的吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 以钙基蒙脱石为原料,经钠化后用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对其进行有机改性,通过实验研究了不同制备条件下制得的改性蒙脱石对苯酚的去除性能,得到适宜的制备条件:m(CTAB):m(钠化蒙脱石)为30%左右,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为120min。探讨了溶液pH、温度、改性蒙脱石投加量、吸附接触时间对改性蒙脱石吸附苯酚性能的影响,结果表明,对50mL 200mg/L的苯酚溶液,当溶液pH为6—7,温度为25℃,改性蒙脱石投加量为1.0g,吸附接触时间为60min时,苯酚去除率可达75.85%。 Calcium montmorillonite can be used as raw material. After being Na-activated,it is organic-modified with CTAB. By experiments ,the phenol removing capacity of the modified montmorillonite prepared under different synthetic conditions has been studied. The optimum synthetic conditions are as follows :m (CTAB):m (Na-activated montmorillonite) is around 30%, reaction temperature 60 % and reaction time 120 min. The effects of solution pH, temperature,dosage of modified montmorillonite, and adsorption contact time on the phenol adsorption capacity of modified montmorillonite are discussed. The results show that the phenol removing rate can reach 75.85% for 50 mL of 200 mg/L phenol solution, when the solution pH is 6-7, temperature 25 ℃, dosage of modified montmorillonite 1.0 g, and adsorption contact time 60 min.
