3种方法测定水中粪便污染指示菌比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 分别采用多管发酵法、滤膜法和酶底物法测定水中总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌,对3种方法的精密度、检测结果的一致性等进行了比较,总结得出水质检测实验室对此3个主要细菌学项目最佳的测定方法选择。结果表明,对清洁水样的检测可以选择滤膜法作为第一法,对重度污染水样的检测可以选择酶底物法作为第一法。 Multiple-tube fermentation technique,membrane-filter technique and enzyme substrate technique have been used respectively for the determination of total coliform, fecal coliform and Escherichia coli in water. The precision, consistency of testing results, etc. are compared. The optimum testing techniques for the three kinds of main bacteria have been chosen by the water quality testing laboratory. The results show that for the clean water sample detection, membrane-filter technique can be chosen as the first choice. For the detection of seriously polluted water samples, enzyme substrate technique can be chosen as the first choice.
