菊苣提取物对高脂模型小鼠肝脂水平和NO的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :进一步探讨菊苣提取物对模型动物肝脂水平的影响。方法 :将快速塑造大鼠高脂血症模型的方法用于小鼠 ,塑造了小鼠高脂血症引起的肝高脂模型。结果 :高脂 1 5d时 ,血清TC水平明显升高 ,脂质在肝内蓄积 ,致使肝内TC、TG、NO、LPO明显升高 ,SOD活性则明显降低。而不同剂量菊苣可明显减少由高脂饮食引起的小鼠肝脂质蓄积 ,降低肝TC、TG、NO、LPO水平 ,提高SOD活性。结论 :菊苣对高脂饮食引起的高脂血症的改善作用 ,可能与提高脂质代谢最主要的器官肝脏脂代谢功能有关。 To obverse the effect of JuJu Capsule on lipid content in the liver of model mice with hyperlipemia, fatty-liver mice model was induced by fatty food. The results showed that after l5 days of continuous fatty food feeding, serum TC content increased significantly in model mice. The contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), NO and LPO in the liver of model mice were higher and SOD activity was lower than those in normal mice. JuJu capsule in various dosages could reduce the accumulation of lipid, increase SOD activity and lower TG, NO and LPO in the liver of model mice. It is suggested that the improvement of JuJu capsule on hyperlipemia may be related to the promotion of lipid metabolism in the liver.
