磁共振横向弛豫时间测量方法的研究

摘要 目的研究磁共振横向弛豫时间测量方法,使病变诊断定量计算更为简便。方法本文拟在T2测量方面借助Matlab进行测算,依据T2的数学表达式特征,采用单双指数曲线拟合法、最小二乘法对测量数据进行处理,并对三种处理方法进行比较研究。结果通过Origin9.0软件评估,数值波动双指数拟合最小、最稳定;最小二乘法较大;单指数拟合最大。但最小二乘法和单指数拟合地更快。结论三种方法均可以测出横向弛豫时间T2的值。 Objective The measurement method of T2 relaxation time on MRI makes the quantitative analysis on diagnosis of lesions simpler. Methods This paper intends to make use of Matlab calculations based on the T2 math expression characteristics, deal with measured data by single and double exponential curve fitting method, the method of least squares, and make compared study of the methods. Results After Origin 9.0 software evaluation, double exponential curve fitting method is considered to be the smallest, stable; the method of least squares bigger; single exponential curve fitting method the biggest. But the method of least squares and single exponential curve fitting method are faster. Conclusion All of the three methods could detect the value ofT2 relaxation time on MRI.
