腹腔镜微创手术在胃癌合并糖尿病治疗中的应用

Application of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Therapy of Gastric Cancer Combined with Diabetes

目的：探讨腹腔镜微创手术在胃癌合并糖尿病治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院2009年8月~2012年8月收治的胃癌合并糖尿病患者48例，分为对照组和观察组，每组各24例。对照组采用传统的开腹手术进行治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜微创手术进行治疗。对两组研究对象的术中、术后数据进行比较。结果在术中的操作时间、创口大小、出血量等数据的比较中，观察组优于对照组，二者具有显著差异性（P＜0.05）；在术后的肛门排气时间、感染率、进食时间、并发症等数据的比较中，观察组均优于对照组，二者具有显著差异性（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜微创手术具有疗效好、创伤小、安全性高、并发症少、淋巴清除率高等优势，在胃癌合并糖尿病治疗中具有重要的临床价值。

Objetcive To explore the application value of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the therapy of gastric cancer combined with diabetes. Methods 48 patients with gastric cancer combined with diabetes who had been admitted from August 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital were divided into control group （24 cases） and observation group （24 cases）. Control group was treated with traditional laparotomy while observation group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Then the intraoperative data and postoperative data of the two groups were compared. Results Comparison results of intraoperative data such as operation time, size of the wounds, and amount of bleeding showed that observation group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Comparison results of postoperative data such as anus exhaust time, infection rate, eating time, complications showed that observation group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery has many advantages such as good curative effect, small trauma, high safety, less complications and high lymphatic clearance so that it has important value in the therapy of gastric cancer combined with diabetes.
