城际铁路大跨度连续梁拱组合桥设计 被引量:12

摘要 连续梁拱组合桥将梁式结构体系和拱式结构体系组合起来共同受力,既克服了拱桥巨大的拱脚推力,又改善了大跨连续梁桥较大的弯矩和剪力的受力状况,最大限度地发挥梁、拱混凝土和预应力钢材各自的特点,增大了铁路梁式桥的跨越能力,是一种具有竞争力的桥型。针对城际铁路对桥梁的要求,主要介绍(87+176+87)m连续梁拱组合桥的受力特点、结构设计和施工方法,并对全桥进行静力计算、动力分析、空间稳定性分析和拱脚节点及0号块局部应力分析。计算分析表明,连续梁拱组合结构受力合理,增大了桥梁结构刚度,具有优良的动力性能和可靠的稳定性,各项设计计算值均满足规范要求,能满足列车高速运行时对桥梁设计的要求。 Combining the girder structure system with the arch structure system so as to bear the force by the two structures jointly, a hybrid bride of continuous girder with arch not only can overcome the vast thrust force at the arch springing of arch bridge, but also can improve the stress state of large-span continuous girder under the actions of vast bending moment and shearing force. Therefore, this kind of hybrid bridge can take full advantages of the girder and arch concrete as well as the prestressing steels, can increase the spanning ability of railway girder bridge, and can serve as a competitive bridge type. In view of the requirement on bridges of intercity railway, this paper mainly introduced the mechanical characteristics, structure design and construction method regarding the hybrid bridge of (87 + 176+87)-m continuous girder with arch structure. In addition, for the whole bridge, the static calculation, dynamic analysis and the spatial stability analysis were carried out; also the local stresses at the arch springing and at the No. 0 block were analyzed. Calculation and analysis reveal that this hybrid structure of continuous girder with arch structure is reasonable, which can enlarge the rigidity of the whole bridge structure, with excellent dynamic performance and reliable stability. Moreover, all the design and calculation values of this hybrid bridge can meet the requirement of standard specification, and can meet the requirement on bridge design of the train running at a high speed.
