金属波纹管等柔性管道在排水工程中的应用调查

A Survey of Applications of Flexible Pipelines(Metal Bellows) in Drainage Works

市政排水管道使用金属波纹管经过几年的实践,这类柔性管材的应用特点逐步反映出来。经过检测试验,介绍了管道压扁、管道与检查井接口、管道腐蚀、透水、管道内沉淀等情况。根据检测数据分析了抗腐蚀性、管口连接可靠性、管道刚性强度、波纹对流水阻力及清掏影响、管道变形、管道沉淀以及施工工艺。最后重点说明了使用柔性管道的注意事项和预防措施。

Metal bellows used in municipal drainage pipelines after years of practice,the application characteristics of such flexible pipe gradually reflected.After testing,the pipe flattening, pipes and manholes interfaces,pipeline corrosion, flooding and sedimentation inside the tubes are introduced in this paper.Based on detection data, anti-corrosion,pipe joint reliability,pipes rigid strength,ripple effect on water resistance & clear cut,pipe deformation,sedimentation and pipeline construction process are analyzed.Finally,the use of flexible pipes precautions and preventive measures are emphasized.
