摘要
针对GPST工法特点,设计出一种新型装配式盾构始发反力架,并采用数值计算对反力架及盾构始发工况进行验算。结果表明盾构始发推力为12 000 kN时,反力架整体结构刚度满足盾构始发要求。该反力架在南京机场3号线将军路一秣陵站区间隧道由地下转入地面高架段的盾构的地面始发处得到应用。
According to GPST method characteristics,a new prefabricated shield launching thrust device has been designed with checking the shield launching reaction device by numerical simulation method.The results show that the strength of the thrust device can meet the shield ground launching requirements,when the shield launching thrust force is 12 000 kN.The shield ground launching thrust device is successfully applied to the shield ground launching project of the section(from Jiangjun Rd.to Moling Rd.) of Nanjing Metro L3.
