1831例子宫肌瘤与ABO血型关系的探讨

1831 cases with myoma of uterus and their ABO blood groups

目的 探讨子宫肌瘤与ABO血型的关系。方法 对 1831例子宫肌瘤的ABO血型分布进行相对危险性 (RR)及 χ2 检验统计分析。结果 子宫肌瘤患者与对照组ABO血型分布一致 ,均为B >O >A >AB ,且P均 >0 .0 5。结论 本组资料显示子宫肌瘤与ABO血型之间无明显相关性。

Objective To explore the relationship between the myoma of uterus and the ABO blood groups. Methods Relative risk and χ 2 test were used to analyse the blood groups of 1831 patients with myoma of utrus. Results ABO blood group distribution of the patients with myoma of uterus and that of the control group were alike.B>O>A>AB, P >0.05. Conclusion The myoma of uterus and ABO blood groups have no siginificant correlation.
