摘要
目的 :大鼠诱发肝癌过程中 ,观察125I IudR 胰岛素与癌变过程中肝细胞的特异性亲和力的变化。方法 :DENA诱发大鼠肝癌分批处死 ,取肝组织进行免疫组化染色。结果 :重度增生组及癌变组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05) ,而重度增生组和癌变组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。重度增生组及癌变组与轻度增生组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05) ,对照组与轻度增生组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 :125I IudR
Objective:To study change of 125I IudR Insulin specific affinity for hepatic cell in hepatocellular carcinogenesis.Methods:Rats with DENA induced liver cancer were executed and the liver tissues were examined by technology of immunohistochemistry.Results:The affinity of 125I IudR Insulin for severe hyperplasia and canceration increased significantly compared with control (P<0.05),while there is no difference between severe hyperplasia and canceration (P>0.05).The affinity of 125I IudR Insulin for severe hyperplasia and canceration increased significantly compared with light hyperplasia (P<0.05),while there is no difference between control and light hyperplasia (P>0.05).Conclusions:These results suggest that change of affinity of 125I IudR Insulin for hepatic cell may play a role in hepatocellular carcinogenesis.
