p53蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of p53 protein inbladder transitional cell cancer

目的 :研究p53蛋白表达与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为及预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测50例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中p53蛋白的表达。结果 :6例正常膀胱粘膜组织中未发现p53蛋白的表达 ,50例膀胱移行细胞癌中 p53蛋白阳性表达率为64%。p53蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期、复发率及患者术后生存率关系密切。结论

Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of p53 protein and biologic behavior and prognosis of bladder transitional cell cancer.Methods:Using immunohistochemistry labelled straptavidin biotin (LSAB) method,the p53 protein was examined in 50 cases of bladder transitional cell cancer.Results:No p53 protein was expressed in the 6 normal bladder tissue samples.The positive rate of p53 protein expression in the 50 cases of bladder transitional cell cancer was 64%.The expression of p53 protein correlated with tumor histological grade,clinical stage,recurrent rates and patient survival after operation.Conclusion:Examination of p53 protein expression is valuable in understanding the degree of malignancy,and evaluating prognosis of bladder transitional cell cancer.
