Disease prevention and control during chemical incidents in China: problems and countermeasures

随着化学工业的快速发展,化学事件发生的频率逐年上升,该文从化学事件疾病预防控制的概念界定出发,以印度博帕尔甲基异氰酸酯泄漏事故为例,梳理化学事件疾病预防控制面临的挑战以及我国化学事件疾病预防控制存在的问题,并提出相关对策建议,以期为未来我国化学事件疾病预防控制提供参考和借鉴。

The frequency of chemical incidents has been increasing recently following the rapid development of chemical industry.The challenge from and problems with disease prevention and control in chemical incidents in China were analyzed with reference to the definition of disease prevention and control in chemical incidents and the case of Bhopal gas tragedy.Countermeasures were put forward,which are expected to serve as references for disease prevention and control during chemical incidents in China.
