摘要
基于改进的环境库兹涅茨模型,利用1996~2011年中国各省(市、自治区)的面板数据,构建并计算了人类发展指数,对东部、中部和西部三个地区的人类发展指数与人均二氧化碳排放量之间的关系进行实证分析,其实证研究结果表明,人类发展指数对人均碳排放量有显著影响,但在不同区域对碳排放的影响程度存在细微区别。因此,在不断提高各区域人类发展指数的情况下,应针对各个区域不同的发展特性,分别制定和实施相应的经济、社会和环境政策,以推动低碳经济转型。
Based on the improved Environmental Kuznets Model and panel data of China's different provinces,cities and autonomous regions from 1996 to 2011,we calculated the Human Development Index(HDI).Empirical research made on the relationship between HDI in the east,west and central regions of China and CO2 emission per capita shows that HDI has significant influence on carbon emission with fine distinction in terms of the degree in different regions.Therefore,with the continuous increase of HDI in different regions,we need to promote low-carbon economy transformation by drafting and implementing corresponding economic,social and environmental policies according to the development traits of different regions.
