科技创新信息是与科技创新活动相关的各类信息的总和。吉林省科技创新信息资源共建的协作方主要包括省内高校图书馆、公共图书馆,省内科研院所信息中心和商业数据库,此外还可包括企业信息中心;共享的服务途径除了常见的联合目录查询等外,还可尝试基于移动服务、手机服务、虚拟社区服务的方式。基于以上分析,构建了吉林省科技创新信息资源共建共享模型。

Information technology innovation is the sum of all types of information related to the technology innovation activities. The collaborators of scientific innovative information resource cooperative co-construction and sharing include provincial university library public library, provincial research institutes and information centers and commercial databases.It also includes some business information centers.
