摘要
概述了咨询行业的历史发展过程及未来的发展趋势,按照知识的属性及其运动规律,从知识组织的内容及形式阐述了咨询企业知识组织的工作原理,归纳总结了咨询企业知识管理过程的业务特点及管理模式,围绕不同类型的知识特征进行知识划分归类,并在此基础之上探讨知识划分后的不同实现技术及条件。对比大型咨询企业实施知识管理活动的方法模式,提出了我国咨询企业进一步提高知识管理工作标准的必要性。
At the beginning,this paper concluded an overview of the history and future of development pro- cess about consulting industry, then elaborated the consulting firm working principle in terms of the con- taining and formulation of knowledge organization, according to the attribution and law of motion of knowl- edge. Secondly, summarized the business characteristics of knowledge management and management mode. Thirdly, explored the different practical techniques and conditions after knowledge were classified by different kinds. In the end, compared with method and mode that large counseling enterprises adopt during knowledge management activity, author put forwarded the necessity of enhancing knowledge man- agement deficiency of small and medium-sized consulting firms of China.
