摘要
始于杰克·韦尔奇的"无边界管理"理念给人力资源管理带来了全新的挑战,战略人力资源管理必须紧密围绕客户的需求,构建一套开放的战略人力资源管理体系。本文从战略层、战术层、运作层与个人层这四个方面分别对基于无边界管理视角下的战略人力资源管理体系建设与实施提出了相应的建议。
