摘要
本研究以我国企业女性高管为研究对象,运用扎根理论的研究方法,探索影响女性高管职业成长的心理因素。研究发现:(1)职业价值观影响女性高管的职业选择过程,引导其努力工作以达到自身目标,驱动其职业成长;(2)较高的自我效能感提升女性高管对自己的认可度,使其对自己的能力更为自信,并在不断改变的过程中,驱动其职业成长;(3)职业价值观对工作投入、职业韧性和终身学习等职业行为有促进作用,进而驱动女性高管的职业成长;(4)女性高管的绩效成就、心理素质和思维方式等阶段性成就反馈作用于自我效能感,帮助女性高管形成较高的职业发展目标,并反映到职业价值观层面,进一步驱动其职业成长。
Using grounded theory, this article explores the impact of psychological factors of career growth among senior female executives. The results indicates that: (1) vocational values of senior female executives influence process of career choice, guide their work in order to achieve their goals, and finally drive their career growth; (2) higher self-et^cacy enhances self-recognition of senior female executives, makes them more confident about their ability, and drives career growth in the process of change; (3) vocational values promote vocational behavior, including job involvement, career resilience and lifelong learning, thereby driving career growth of senior female executives; (4) senior female executives' performance achievements, psychological capital and ways of thinking have feedback effect on self-efficacy, help them to form higher career goals, and vocational values, and then drive their career growth.
