摘要
公务员考录制度作为干部人事制度的重要组成部分,对干部队伍的整体建设发挥着重要的影响。本文以2003年以来考录制度的相关数据为依托,分析了考录制度实施对干部队伍的规模和年龄结构的影响,并对其制度性成因展开分析。
As an important part of official personnel system, the system of civil servant enrollment through examination has been influencing upon the overall development of official ranks. Based upon relevant data of civil servant enrollment since 2003, the paper analyzes the impact by the implementation of civil servant enrollment system through examination upon the size and age mix of official ranks, and deliberates on the systemic causes for that.
