摘要
多数平整机组在伺服阀的调试过程中只是按照调试经验值来选择控制参数,而未根据机组不同伺服阀的特性来选择适合于机组特定伺服阀的控制参数,导致不能更好地应用伺服阀,影响轧制力调节过程中轧制力调节的响应速度和轧制力稳定性,从而影响延伸率调节速度及延伸率稳定性,降低产品质量。本文介绍了伺服阀的调试及应用方法,并介绍了随着轧制力的增加,受伺服阀特性的影响,轧制力控制精度及动态稳定性的变化情况,为轧机、平整机压下系统的调试提供参考。
Generally, most skin pass mills select control parameters merely by debugging experience instead of considering the nature of different servo valves in the process of servo valve debugging,which could not realize a better application of servo valve and will impact response speed and stability of the rolling force during rolling force adjustment process, thus the regulation rate and stability of enlongation rate will be affected and product quality will drop. This article comprehensively introduces the debugging and application methods of servo valve, and the changes of control accuracy and dynamic stability of the rolling force influenced by increased roll- ing force and the nature of servo valve, which provides a reference for the servo valve debugging of rolling mill and temper mill.
