“双师型”视阈下职业院校教师到企业实践工作的研究 被引量:30

On the Development of Vocational Teachers to Enterprises on the Context of Double-teacher Type

摘要 随着我国职业院校教师到企业实践工作的深入开展,我国职业院校的教师到企业实践也从方向性制度向规定性制度转变,实践方式由零散式实践向集中式实践转变,提供实践活动的企业从自发性接受教师实践向制度性接受教师实践转变,实践工作逐步向规范化、科学化方向发展。为完善职业院校教师到企业的实践工作,需要进一步加快建立政府、职业院校、行业企业和教师等多方相互协调的长效机制。 With the development of practice that China's vocatirnal teachers go to enterprises for development, the system of enterprise practice changes from the directional one to the regulation one, the practical way changes from the fragmented style to the centralized practice, and the attitude of enterprises offering practical activities changes from spontaneous acceptation to institutional acceptation. The practical work is gradually developing towards the standardized and scientific direction. In order to improve the practical work of vocational teachers to the enterprise and further promote the building of the team of double-teacher type, further accelerating the establishment of the long-term mechanism is a must, which needs multilateral coordination of the government, vocational schools, industry, enterprises and teachers.
