Quantitative Determination of Isoimperatorin in Shangtongning Tablet by TLC-scanning

采用薄层扫描法测定伤痛宁片中异欧前胡素的含量。方法简便 ,灵敏度高 ,重复性好 ,平均加样回收率为96 .6 % ,RSD2 .2 %。结果满意 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

A sensitive and highly reproducible thin layer chromatography scanning for the determination of isoimperatorin in Shangtongning tablet was used. The average recovery was 96.6%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.2%. The method can be used for the quality control of the tablet.
