Web2.0应用支持创建和管理内容的业务流程,创建了与公众沟通的新方式。NARA利用Blog、Facebook、Flickr、Foursquare、GitHub、……等Web2.0应用将档案信息服务更好地融入了社会。NARA的Web2.0应用启示我们,在当前社交网络空前发展的时代,档案网站是档案信息的网络基地,但不是唯一的与利用者沟通的渠道。我们应该更新信息传播理念,改变信息传递模式,畅通利用者参与渠道,借助外部社会力量推进档案信息和档案意识的传播,从而开拓档案信息网络服务的新局面。

Web2.0 applications support business processes that both create and manage content and create a new way of communication with the public. NARA uses the application of Web2.0 such as Blog, Face- book, Flickr, Foursquare, GitHub etc to integrate archives information service better into the society.
