摘要
以弹性地基梁为基础,建立条带充填采煤岩层移动的力学模型,并对充填体承载基本顶岩梁进行了有限元受力分析;在此基础上进一步对条带充填体的布置方式、间距以及宽度进行了优化,并对优化结果进行了回归分析。分析表明:基本顶岩梁在充填体支撑内侧边缘处受力最大,在相邻两充填体之间的未充填区域中部变形最大;充填体以垂直工作面推进方向间隔布置能有效地封闭采空区的瓦斯,减少回风巷中瓦斯浓度;充填体的稳定性随采深和采高的增大而减小,随充填体宽度的增大而增大。
On the basis of elastic foundation beam, mechanics model of strip filling mining strata movement is set up, and the finite element stress analysis on filling body bearing basic roof beam is made. The research further optimized the strip filling body's layout, spacing and width, and the regression analysis on the optimization is taken. The analysis shows that : the basic roof beam bears the largest force at the supporting inner edge of filling body and has the largest deformation in central district of unfilled zone between two adjacent filling body; if the strip fillirJg body is of advancing interval arrange- ment in vertical direction of working face,it can effectively enclose the gas of mined-out area, aiad i'educe the gas concentra- tion in the return air lane ; Stability of filling body lowers with the increase of mining depth and mining height, and increased with the increase of filling body$ width.
