摘要 充填采矿法在地下金属矿床开采中有着举足轻重的地位。为了将国外的先进技术———泡沫混凝土技术成功引入充填采矿工艺中,并且在国内推广使用,首先选取地质条件比较独特的某公司三矿区F17以东采场进行试验。通过对三矿区采一工区9条进路分别在3、7、28 d进行泡沫砂浆充填体强度的检测,可以看出泡沫砂浆充填体的强度已经达到公司充填体强度的指标。同时泡沫砂浆充填体相对普通的砂浆充填体而言具有轻质性、易流动性、均衡性、抗离析性、接顶率高等优点,且所耗费成本低廉,从而可以看出在公司三矿区F17以东采场中采用泡沫砂浆充填技术是经济可行的。 Cut-and-filling stoping method plays the great part in underground metal mining. In order to successfully in- troduce the foreign advanced technology-foam concrete technology in cut-and-filling stoping method and widely use it in do- mestic ,the east stope of FIT in the third mining stope is chosen as the testing place because of its unique geological condi- tions. Through detecting foam mortar strength of filling body in nine different route of the No. 1 stope of the third mining stope, it is shown that the strength of the foam slurry filling has already reached the strength index of filling body. At the same time,in comparison with ordinary mortar filling body, the foam mortar filling body has such advantages as light weight, easy mobility, equilibrium, anti-segregating, high supporting pit roof rate, and low cost. Thus it can be concluded that the foam slurry filling technology is economic and feasible in the east area of F17 in the third mining stope.
