摘要
为了给某难处理金矿石的开发提供技术依据,对其进行了详尽的选冶工艺试验研究。结果表明:采用单一浮选工艺处理该矿石,在-200目占80%的磨矿细度下,可以获得金品位为57.32 g/t、金回收率为84.00%的金精矿;采用浮选—尾矿氰化浸出工艺处理该矿石,可以先在-200目占70%的磨矿细度下获得金品位为60.09g/t、金回收率为82.26%金精矿,然后在-200目占90%的再磨细度下获得金浸出率为10.70%的浸出液,金的总回收率达92.96%。根据试验结果,推荐采用浮选—尾矿氰化浸出工艺。
In order to provide the technical basis for developing a refractory gold ore, a detailed study on beneficiation and metallurgical processing was carried out. The results showed that : with grinding fineness of - 200 mesh 80% , gold concentrate with Au grade and recovery of 57.32 g/t and 84. 00% was obtained respectively by single flotation process. Through the process of floatation-tailing cyanide leaching, gold concentrate with Au grade and gold recovery of 60. 09 g/t and 82. 26% was firstly obtained under the grinding fineness of -200 mesh 70%. Then, gold leaching solution with Au leaching rate of 10. 70% was achieved under regrinding fineness of -200 mesh 90%. Total gold recovery reached 92. 96%. Therefore, according to the test results, the process of flotation-railings cyanide leaching is recommended.
