摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法对鸦胆子油中的三油酸甘油酯 (Triglycerides)进行含量测定 ,其方法平均回收率达10 1.5 % ,RSD为 1.7% ,为评价和控制鸦胆子的质量提供了依据。
A dual wavelength TLC scanning method for determination of triglycerides in oil of Brucea javanica has been established in this paper. The average recovery was 101.5% and the RSD was 1.7%. The result showed that the method is a good way to control and evaluate the quality of Brucea javanica.
