成都市武侯区社区护士职业认同感现状调查

Status survey of professional self-identity of community nurse in Wuhou district of Chengdu city

目的调查成都市武侯区社区护士的职业认同感及其影响因素,为提高社区卫生服务质量提供参考。方法采用方便抽样的方法,抽取成都市武侯区8家社区卫生服务中心护理人员215名进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0软件进行资料分析。结果武侯社区卫生服务中心护士职业认同感处于中等水平,有待提高。结论重视和提高社区护士的职业认同感,对社区卫生服务水平的提升具有一定意义。

Objective To analyze the current status of professional self-identity of community nurse in Wuhou district of Chengdu city and to provide reference for the development of community health service. Methods Convenience sampling was carried out in a survey for 215 nurses from 8 Wuhou community health service centers in Chengdu by questionnaire, and statistical analysis of the sampling was made by SPSS 17.0 software. Results The community nursing staff in Wuhou district showed moderate professional identity,which should be improved. Conclusion The emphasis and improvement of professional self-identity of community nurse have certain significance to promote the quality of community health service.
