摘要
目的 :优选黄芩浓缩颗粒的提取工艺。方法 :以干浸膏得率、黄芩苷含量为指标 ,应用 L9(34)正交试验设计筛选黄芩浓缩颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。结果 :最佳提取条件为加水提取 2次 ,第 1次加水 13倍 ,沸后提取时间为 1h;第2次加水 11倍 ,沸后提取时间为 1h。结论 :优选得到的工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Huangqin extracts. Method: The optimum extraction condition were investigated by the orthogonal design and inyields of extracts and baicalin as the content indexes. Results: The optimum extraction condition obtained: decocting the drug 2 times: At first turn, adding 13 folds of water extracting for 1 h after boiled; At the second turn, adding 11 folds of water extracting for 1 h after boiled. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
