腹腔镜技术在上消化道溃疡穿孔修补术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜技术在上消化道溃疡穿孔修补术中的优势。方法分析36例腹腔镜下手术(腹腔镜组)与51例开腹手术(开腹组)修补治疗上消化道溃疡穿孔患者的临床资料,并进行对比分析。结果两组患者的手术时间差异无统计学意义,但腹腔镜组患者在术中冲洗量、术后下床时间、术后镇痛、肛门排气、住院时间、并发症发生率、满意度等明显优于开腹组。结论腹腔镜下上消化道溃疡穿孔修补术是安全有效的,较开腹组优势明显,值得推广。
