药用植物扛板归抗菌活性研究

Antibacterial activity research of medical plants of Persicaria perfoliata

目的研究扛板归提取物的体外抗菌活性,确定其抗菌谱及最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。方法扛板归采用几种有机溶剂提取,研究其不同溶剂提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草杆菌、绿脓杆菌和变形杆菌的抗菌活性。结果扛板归75%乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、绿脓杆菌和变形杆菌均有较强的抑制作用,其MIC分别为5.0×10-2、10.0×10-2、10.0×10-2、5.0×10-2mg/mL。此外,扛板归乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物对枯草杆菌和绿脓杆菌均有较强的抑制作用。结论扛板归具有较强的抗菌活性,可以作为新的抗菌中药进行更深入地研究。

Objective To observe the in-vitro antibacterial activity of extract from medical plants of Persicaria perfoliata, and to determine its antibacterial spectrum and the minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC）. Methods Persicaria perfoliata was extracted by organic solvents, and the antibacterial activities of extracts from different organic solvents to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and proteus were investigated. Results 75% ethanol extract of Persicaria perfoliata had a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and proteus with the MIC of 5.0× 10-2 mg/mL, 10.0× 10-2 mg/mL, 10.0× 10-2 mg/mL and 5.0×10-2 mg/mL respectively. In addition, both ethyl acetate extract and butyl alcohol extract of Persicaria perfoliata had strong inhibition to Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aerugi- nosa. Conclusion Persicaria perfoliata has strong antibacterial activity, and it can be used for further research as a new antibacterial Chinese medicine.
